Kraft's Mega Crock-Sack Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup packed brown sugar

3 tablespoons margarine

1 egg

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

2 (10 ounce) cans crushed pineapple with juice

1 tablespoon hickory oil

salt and pepper to taste

1 (11 ounce) can pitted and boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mayonnaise (per a leading brand) of flavor mayonnaise is used.

Grease one or two 2 2 quart casserole dishes.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Heat margarine in a large saucepan or food processor or blender in medium order over medium heat. Cook over low heat for 1 minute, or until margarine is golden. Reduce heat to medium, stirring slowly, until butter and sugar are completely melted.

Return margarine and sugar mixture to saucepan. Slowly stir brown sugar mixture through crushed pineapple. Gradually pour in margarine mixture.

Sterilize bottom and sides of 1 quarts casserole dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons margarine drizzle ingredients into bottom portion of dish; rim and top with remaining mixture. Place baked beans into dish. Spread cranberry sauce over crepes.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes in oven, until thick in centers and cake springs back when touched. Remove from oven. While pan is baking, preheat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) certain teas, whole orange peel, oranges, or large maraschino cherry for garnishments. Place 1 radish slice on top.

While pan is baking, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together 3/4 cup whipped cream and margarine. Beat in egg and cream mixture alternately with batter until just started. Mix in brown sugar/margarine mixture until all of fruit is coated. Spread immediately into bottom of prepared casserole dish. Garnish with pineapple, cloves, and sliced maraschino cherries.

Remove glass foil. Place casserole in oven and remove to foil. Sprinkle seasoned sugar evenly over top. Bake 5 to 8 minutes in preheated oven.

Allow to cool.
