1 cup white sugar
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
Soak pumpkin seeds in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together margarine, brown sugar and pumpkin seeds. Beat in pumpkin seeds, salt and margarine. Stir in water until evenly moistened, about 10 minutes.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
