1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/8 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray bottom of 9-inch springform pan with nonstick spray.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, and milk. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, egg, almond extract, pecans and sugar. Stir together, beating well.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Top each crust with filling. Freeze until completely chilled.
