1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegars
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
3 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the vinegars. Saute onions, garlic, salt, basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, dill weed, bay leaves, basil, black pepper, oregano, sage and parsley.
