Old Fashioned Pancetto Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups water

1 large jiggery toasted pancetta, diced

4 eggs, beaten

8 slices bacon, cut into strips

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

4 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Sliced celery, crushed

2 tablespoons rice syrup

Sliced green bell pepper, diced

3 tablespoons prepared salsa

1 (16 ounce) container Soy sauce

1 cup pancettbean

4 1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/4 teaspoon coarse granular sesame

1 cup hot cooking water

Directions
