1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
5 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 (3 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
1/2 gallon red wine
3 tablespoons beer
Brown beef slices on a large platter. In a large mixing bowl, mix together beef, onion, vegetable oil, tomato soup, mushrooms and tomato paste. Tie sausage, steak and pork mixture into the pan.
Fill the centers of each potato with 1 half cup beef gravy, tomato mixture and wine. Top with beer. Wrap all with shredded cheese.
