2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
2 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Season beef cubes with garlic powder, oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme, parsley and cheese.
In a large bowl, mix together bread flour, salt, oregano, basil and marjoram. Mix beef, cheese and marinade ingredients immediately into a single serving.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until meat of beef is browned and cheese has melted. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing into slices.
