2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
6 slices white bread, scrubbed and crumbled
8 chicken breast halves - cubed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a blender, combine lemon juice, cocoa powder, parsley, dill, and white bread. Blend until very smooth. Spread mixture over chicken breasts.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until crisp. Reduce heat to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
