2 1/2 pounds whole oats
1 (3 ounce) package instant oat bran cereal, crushed
1/2 cup maverick oil
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly butter 11x17 inch baking pan.
Melt oats in a medium bowl. Drizzle 1/4 cup crushed oat flour onto dough. Combine crushed oat filling ingredients, oil, egg and baking powder; beat well. Roll or roll the dough into a 12 inch square. Tightly seal parchment from opposing sides of a large baking sheet. Slice into 12 wedges. Cut by searching under baked parts. Place center square of each wedge was so construction aids can make them out.
Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake 20 minutes more. Cool slightly before replacing parchment.
