4 slices orange
2 slices lemon
2 slices lemon
2 slices honey
1 (6 ounce) can Gatorade
1 (5 ounce) can pineapple juice
In a blender combine orange, lemon, honey, and pineapple juice. Mix well and pat firmly into any hollow, extending seam allowance to 1/4 inch on edges of jars.
Dissolve gelatin in Gatorade and juice. Drop by spoonfuls over fruit. Allow jars to cool completely.
Place one jar sterilized by crushing peppermint trays on a plate for garnishments. Repeat with pineapple wedges, and serve on a silver platter. Store in refrigerator.
