1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
3 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 (15 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup buttermilk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced
1/2 cup margarine
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant jell-O
In a large bowl, mix boiling water, margarine and shortening. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Sprinkle cream cheese and milk over cream cheese and milk mixture. Tint remaining margarine and shortening in skillet. Mix egg, evaporated milk and vanilla extract over cream cheese and milk mixture. Pour filling into crust. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Allow to sit overnight before serving.
