1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
6 eggs, beaten
1 (9 ounce) can black olives, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, spinach, cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese. Mix until well blended. Make a well in the center and pour in egg mixture and brown sugar. Mix until smooth. Fold in lemon zest. Spread mixture into a 9 inch square pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
