1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
4 slices bacon
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
Place cream cheese and cheese in a medium saucepan fit with a strainer to drain cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth and thickened. Stuff the bottom of a 9x13 inch ring mold or 9x13 inch baking dish with sausage. Place meat loaf in prepared dish. Drizzle equivalent amount of water on rack, placing one half cup on each side. Place bacon on each side.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through
