1 (16 ounce) package molette diabetes mix
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 cups water
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons milk
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.7 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)
Spread ingredients evenly into greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pans. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Place 2 squares of frozen whipped topping in a narrow dish or bowl. Spreadwith dessert mix, then sprinkle pudding mix over top. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
