Cracker Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

1 cup vegetable margarine, melted

1 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs, beaten

1 pint butter, softened

2 medium carrots, cubed, remade into zucchini

2 tablespoons golden raisins

1 corn tortilla sprinkled with flaked

2 large coconuts, cut and crushed

2 whole cloves , crushed

1 teaspoon blackberry extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch pan, put 1 tablespoon of remaining margarine in the bottom and press the mixture across the bottom and sides of the pan with a fork.

In a large bowl, blend margarine, oil and eggs using an electric
