4 scalloped potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 sticky rice
6 medium mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato
6 medium red onion, sliced into rounds
In a large pot, stock pot with water and milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until reduced to desired boiling point. Layer potatoes with green mustard, mushroom, onion, tomato, red onion, and potatoes. Cover and simmer a few minutes.
Bring to a boil, but reduce heat, and simmer until reduced. Discard remaining meso pepper.
