1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup fresh lemon-lime flavored jell-O
2 (2.5 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
Soak fruit in warm water for 30 minutes. Remove peel, core and seeds; cut into 1 inch squares.
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon-lime flavored gelatin. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Place dressing over fruit halves, pour over fruit cubes. Let stand overnight.
Before serving, add sour cream, depending on taste and amount of lemon zest to desired consistency.
