1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
2 1/2 pounds golden raisins
1 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with foil.
In a medium bowl, cream together the shortening and brown sugar until smooth. stir in the rye flour, mixing just until combined.
Pour into prepared pan, filling 1/4 cup with pudding mix mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Serve hot with a drizzle of hot sauce.
