1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed light corn syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (18 ounce) can coffee flavored liqueur
Preheat the broiler.
Combine the corn syrup and brown sugar and whisk into a 1 quart mixture. Beat in the butter and vanilla until smooth. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag.
Place plastic wrap around the plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.
Broil cookies overnight, turning once, until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and allow cookies to cool completely.
