1 (18.25 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups milk
1 cup instant lemonade concentrate
2 pints chocolate ice cream, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) packages vanilla pudding and butter cubes.
In a medium bowl, cream together the brown sugar and the butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the flour mixture, then mix with the whipped cream, lemon pudding, lemonade concentrate and chocolate ice cream. Drop from the side of a large glass serving dish, onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool cake completely as you would between sheets of waxed paper. Cut into 1-inch slices.
