Only quality control issue. The cover came off halfway through baking and found its way onto the work surfaces during punching. Mine was black and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it to stick. The grill side came off easy but I had to 'beat' the outside coated surface down to a very fine shine. I used mild oil, followed recipe directions for cooking, and came out smelling like grilled cheese. Cheeriohole 5.0 The recipe was excellent! To add a little more zing, I will use a few leaves of parsley which i personally like. However, I will also use frozen veggies such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and woolgrain. Thanks for sharing!

I made this without the sweet cream, but everyone always asks for it, so I went for the normal cookie recipe. I thought it was bland so I added 2 tablespoons of baking powder and treached the sugar with flour. It was still pretty thin, so maybe next time I'll add another egg to get it to a really thick consistency. Great taste!
