1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup diced cherries
3/4 cup sliced strawberries
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese and cheese blend
1 (3 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 (2 ounce) package frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (2 ounce) package lemon flavoring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and pecans. Mix in 3/4 cup cherries. Spoon mixture into prepared pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 28 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
To make the fruit filling, stir together the cream cheese mixture, cream cheese mixture, whipped topping, sugar and orange juice concentrate. Pour over fruit filling in pie. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
