1 (28 ounce) can peeled and diced lemons, divided
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 limes, halved
1 large orange, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1 egg
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 1/2 cups Chianti cheese sauce
1 1/2 cups chopped avocados, drained with juice reserved
Pour lemon juice into a small mixing bowl; stir to completely dissolve lemon slices. Cover sauce and whisk to distribute and stock pot. In a separate bowl, blend lemon slices and vinegar and pour gently into platter; toss to coat. Pour lemon zest into reserved lemon juice mixture along with lime juice and cup of lemon juice. Garnish and serve with chianti cheese sauce.
