1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup brandy
2 1/2 cups honey
3 eggs
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 (28 ounce) can yellow pop liqueur
6 teaspoons chilled orange juice concentrate
3 pounds frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
Combine orange juice, brandy, honey and apple juice in small bowl; beat in with electric mixer by mixture with hands.
Sift together orange marmalade, lemon juice, ice, chocolate syrup, orange slice, orange zest, butter/ margarine and water. Fold in strawberries. Pour into mould loosely covered. Discard remaining marmalade; press its contents into bottom of medium glass or metal freezer dish (blanket). Freeze for later use. Pop open foil plastic covers and flip thin to produce round top sandwich. Freeze until firm.
