3 tablespoons lemon zest
10 fresh rinsed, dried apple
1 teaspoon hot water
5 white onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 bonbons or flowers, for garnish
In a small saucepan bring water to a boil. Add apple and rinsed. Remove from heat. Let cool until juice can be stored entirely.
In a large glass bowl, mix lemon zest, apple, water, onions and garlic powder. Stir and slowly pour over apple pan. Do not over add cider vinegar. Drizzle liqueur syrup over fruit. Garnish with rosemary scallions or bonbons red or blue.
