1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons bottled ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 (6 ounce) cans diced green peppers
2 many carrots, sliced
1/2 medium tomato, diced
In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion, mustard, salt, green peppers and carrots; heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir in ketchup mixture. Reduce heat to low; allow to simmer and stir in tomato. Serve.
