1 (5 ounce) container nonfat dry green tea mix
1 quart sugar
4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup water
In a blender, combine the tea and sugar. Cover, and blend until stiff. Stir in the vinegar and oil. Blend until very smooth. Pour over tea and stir in basil, salt, water and pepper if desired. Pour over vegetables and serve in a bowl.
