1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 large Hershey's chocolate ice cream parlors, Choco-Mentos, or mini marshmallows
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
1 egg
3 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir all ingredients into a 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Cool before serving.
