1 pound lean beef stew meat
1 onion, diced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup beef broth
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
Place meat in large resealable plastic bag. Coat with tomato sauce. Place water and beef broth in bag; cover. Seal bag and shake to coat.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, egg, thyme, rosemary, salt, garlic powder and thyme to pan; mix. Pour mixture over meat mixture.
Return pan to oven. Bake 60 minutes. Turn meat mixture over, and serve.
