1/2 cup butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine flour, cinnamon, and egg. Stir in milk, salt, and raisins. Gradually stir in 8 tablespoons of milk volume. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
