1 (16 ounce) package pre-cooked ground beef
8 slices Cheddar cheese, diced
8 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup diced celery
In a medium bowl stir together ground beef, Cheddar cheese, pepper, celery and onion. Mix well.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Brown beef mixture in oil, stirring constantly until beef is no longer pink; drain excess oil. Stir in bacon and onions. Continue to stir until mixture is browned, about 5 minutes.
Remove from uncovered skillet, and add cheese, celery and celery. Dip pork into melted cheese mixture, and place in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and shake vigorously to keep meat from sticking. Transfer pork to grease-filled skillet.
Bake in preheated oven medium/high heat for about 5 to 6 minutes, or until well done.
