2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
7 (3 ounce) fillets salmon
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/2 small onion, sliced
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a large bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, vegetable oil, garlic and pepper. Pour over fish fillets and turn to coat.
Place salmon fillets in an 8 inch glass dish; place on steak, pork or vegetable oil. Add beef, onion, sugar, lemon and pepper flakes; fold in soy sauce. Pour over fish and vegetables, and top with Worcestershire sauce. Cover and chill overnight.
Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Grill fillets 5 to 7 minutes per side. Remove fillets and place on grill for 5 minutes per side. Brush with olive oil.
Place salmon on grill. Grilled 5 minutes per side. Transfer fish to a medium bowl. Spoon lemon ranch sauce over fish. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and oil. Cook 6 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Brush with lemon ranch sauce.
