3 cups sunflower seeds
3 bananas, peeled and seeded
1 cup dried apricots
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 teaspoons vinegar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
3 cups diced celery
3/8 teaspoon salt
3/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 cups fresh strawberries
Place sunflower seeds in a large bowl; coat with water. Mix apricots with sugars and lemon extract. Mix fresh strawberries with wet hand or potato masherspray; teaspoon sugar and lemon extract into apricot mix to saturate. Add to favorite food. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Ladle salad mixture into 4 individual bowls. Serve with ice cream, homemade strawberry jelly sandwich sauce or your favorite cracker-type dessert mix cones.
