4 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
2 (10 ounce) cans beer
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup chicken bouillon
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 (4 ounce) can ketchup
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Remove bacon, crumble, and set aside.
Place onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
