1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) can sliced or diced cooked turkey
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup thin sliced celery
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Beat cream cheese until fluffy; set aside.
Mix the pudding mix with the turkey and lemon pudding mix. Mix in milk. Spread mixture over one serving portion of the turkey. Sprinkle top portion with cream cheese and berries. Place sandwich over turkey.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, turning once. Let sandwich cool completely before cutting into 1 inch squares. Serve warm.
