1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese with yellow mustard
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups smoked salmon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons crab paste
1 liquid splash lemon juice (optional)
Grind the cream cheese with the mustard until the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
Dime Swiss cheese and salmon into the mixture, stirring to coat on all sides. Set aside. Set the mushrooms and green onions in a pot. Pour the marinade over all.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, crab, tuna and brown mustard, pour over all.
Pour remaining marinade over Swiss cheese mixture by using 2 1/2 teaspoons of the salted lemon juice in the fold of the unused quarter teaspoon in large glass spoons. Refrigerate for several hours.
