4 eggs
1/2 cup water
5 bananas, sliced
1/3 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup margarine, melted
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped cherries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix eggs, water, bananas, sugar, cream cheese, margarine and nuts into skillet. Bring to a boil. Stir fry until mixture is smooth, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla. Pour over skillet and toss with cherries. Chill one hour before serving.
