3 cups white rice
1 (4.5 ounce) package instant white pizza sauce
1/2 pound salt pork
2 egg yolks
1/2 tablespoons olive oil
In a large skillet, cook the rice with the sauce until it is tender. Place the chicken, beef or fish in deep-fryer or large saucepan, and cook until pink just starts to show, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in the salt pork and egg yolks until well blended, and cook 5 to 7 minutes more. Serve immediately, and sprinkle on chopped peanuts and raisins.
