1 (16 ounce) can sliced ham, diced
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ounces chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
In a medium bowl, mix the ham, butter, onion, cream cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, vanilla and tomatoes. Mix until well blended.
Transfer mixture to a medium 9x13 inch baking dish, spooning the mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the green onions, sage, salt, paprika and salt.
Cover pan and let stand in refrigerator 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
