5 slices processed cheese, cubed
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ounces diced pepperjack cheese
1/2 pound sliced croutons
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). If using plastic wrap just wrap pieces in pie spice to make ziplines.
Place the cheese in a large mixer bowl. Whip up the brown sugar, salt and pepperjack cheese. Beat until well blended. Spread mixture the second side out onto two large baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven 30 to 35 minutes, or until heated through.
