2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 tablespoons butter, melted
5 eggs white
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8x8 inch pans.
Combine the eggs, cooled slightly, sugar, milk, water chestnuts, melted butter, flour and eggs; mix together well. Line the pans with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
