2 green onions
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
3 cups zucchini noodles
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken soup
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place green onions and chicken on a large baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden. Remove chicken from oven and directly ridof feathers.
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet or pan over medium high heat. Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes. Transfer chicken to a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, turning once after each flip. Remove chicken from oven and place on rack to cool for 5 minutes, turning, until golden. Serve chicken in bowls with sauce over top.
