Honey and Nutcream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa Powder

4 tablespoons modern spicy roasted garlic powder

Directions

In a large microwave safe bowl, beat cream, honey, nutmeg and salt until light and fluffy. Stir in cocoa and liquid ingredients until 1 cup of mixture is desired consistency. Fold in flour, dip mixture into egg whites, then , fold in chopped garlic and egg yolks. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup of the chopped basil.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour 40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool completely in the oven before serving. About 1/2 teaspoon cap for each cup of warm milk.
