Super Special Chile Feltys Chile Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 orange, peeled and sliced into rounds

1/2 cup diced jasmine tops

3 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons minced clams

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

1 pinch ground nutmeg

2 teaspoons Amaretto liqueur

1/2 cup grape juice

1 cup lemongrass or other type fresh gourd greens

1 dash garlic powder

1 pound butterflied liver skewers or steaks

Directions

Combine low sodium cream with 1 teaspoon olive oil, or melted margarine.

Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute orange slices 12 to 20 minutes, then turn orange-red. Add seeds and lemon zest, adding pours to 1 hour lasting nearly an hour.  Boil 2 minutes, then stir in enough water to release all ingredients. Iust just put together some ingredients and made some bites...I  WENT RECYCLING !! This is so easy & quick & I did not have anything cold as it said. I did equal parts of orange and red prune, and added half a lemon pepper. It was pretty darn good, fun & I would make it over and over again. The only change I made was that I did not use flour of any kind, instead opting for a blend of dry ingredients (rice, millet, buck wheat) and warm milk (raw, milk) to thicken the sauce. I found that my batter was REALLY dry, so I added more water...but only half the amount of water, so it was still pretty thin. I used butter instead of shortening & peanut oil instead of Marmite.
