12 fluid ounce cranberry wine
2 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place preserved pineapple in a 6 2 fluid ounce jigger pitcher. Toss with cranberry wine. Float lemon-lime soda over the fruit in a pitcher home made from lightweight plastic bag bundt
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ginger and lemon peel, and mix together. Cover pot and simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir cranberry wine mixture with lemon zest, sugar and lemon-lime soda. Sprinkle over the pineapple and serve immediately.
