4 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 large marshmallows
1 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup vanilla extract
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups white sugar
1/2 pint lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 3-in. trays. In a large bowl, beat eggs, 1 cup sugar and oil. Beat in vanilla and marshmallows. Stir marshmallows into egg mixture and then put the mixture into the prepared pans.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 to 42 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Cool completely.
Prepare lemon-lime carbonated beverage by beating margarine into milk and lemon-lime extract into lemon-lime soda. Pour into prepared base and frost the sides of pans.
Cool completely. Cut into squares or bars. Cut into squares or bars. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.
