Ham Over Barbecued Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound whole ham, divided

10 slices Swiss cheese

2 whole cloves garlic, minced

1 cup Swiss bread crumbs

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup beef broth

4 (10.75 ounce) cans chicken broth

3 (6 ounce) cans sliced fresh mushrooms

1 1/2 tablespoons bouillon granules

Directions

Peel the ham, slice into wedges, and cut with a sharp knife into 3 cross sections.
