2 cups raw, unpeated white wheat
1/3 cup chopped Garlic
1/2 cup saltwater
1 large fresh green bell pepper, chopped
9 slices French bread, cooked and cut into 1-inch cube
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix 1/2 cup of the cooked, cooked wheat, garlic and saltwater in a gallon plastic bag until well blended. Place bell pepper and Cheddar cheese slices in bag, seal mix and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend.
