1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
3 tablespoons butter
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, divided
1 (6 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, divided
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt and garlic powder. Spread mixture over bottom of pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
In a medium bowl, combine butter and half the Cheddar cheese. Spread over pie. Top with remaining cheese and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
