4 pounds turkey meat, finely chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Season turkey meat with salt and ground black pepper to taste and bake uncovered in preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours.
Mix together hot pepper sauce and 1 teaspoon seasoning salt in a food processor or blender until smooth. In a small bowl, stir the seasonings together until desired consistency is reached.
